Description

A well-established full-service matrimonial and litigation boutique based in Freehold, NJ is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their growing team.

The firm handles a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, domestic violence, child support, and prenuptial agreements. They are looking for a highly organized and reliable professional who can manage fast-paced litigation with care, precision, and empathy.

What You’ll Do

+ Draft legal correspondence: Case Information Statements, discovery applications, child support guidelines, etc.

+ Organize and maintain timelines, spreadsheets, and case files across multiple matters

+ Assist with trial and mediation prep, including expert materials, exhibits, and deposition organization

+ Review and organize financial records

+ Communicate with attorneys, courts, clients, and staff

+ Support client intake and answer incoming calls

+ Prioritize and manage tasks to meet tight deadlines

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

+ 2+ years’ experience as a Family Law Paralegal in a law firm setting

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software

+ Excellent legal writing and communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

+ A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and solid organizational skills

+ Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-driven environment
