• Desktop Support Engineer

    Description

    Provide hands-on IT support across multiple client environments, resolving technical issues quickly while delivering a tailored customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced MSP settings and enjoys troubleshooting complex desktop, network, and Microsoft 365 issues across diverse environments.

    Requirements

    3+ years of desktop support or IT support experience

     

    MSP or multi-client support background required

     

    Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration

     

    Experience with ticketing/RMM tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto, etc.)

     

    Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and printer issues

     

    Familiarity with basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)

     

    Excellent customer service and communication skills

    Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA preferred but not required
