    Description

    We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting marketing initiatives, guest interactions, and administrative operations within the real estate and property management sector. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in customer service. To apply for this role, please call us at 808-531-0800.     Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement marketing strategies for both print and digital platforms to promote properties effectively.

    • Follow up with guest inquiries on a daily basis to ensure excellent customer service and engagement.

    • Participate in outreach marketing efforts, including the distribution of promotional materials such as flyers and advertisements.

    • Coordinate and facilitate the move-in process by touring available units, setting up mini-models, and assisting with lease signings.

    • Verify applications and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, and prepare detailed marketing reports.

    • Ensure all business transactions adhere to Fair Housing laws, ADA regulations, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant federal and state guidelines.

    • Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing a multi-line phone system.

    • Perform receptionist duties and support general administrative tasks as needed.

    • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist visitors and address inquiries.

    • Experience with marketing activities, including creating and distributing promotional materials.

    • Familiarity with operating a multi-line phone system.

    • Knowledge of Fair Housing and other relevant federal and state regulations is preferred.

    • Ability to perform leasing consultant duties, including property tours and lease signings.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
