    Description

    A rapidly growing company in Carlsbad is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy in every transaction. You’ll handle full-cycle accounts payable duties while assisting with vendor management, expense reconciliation, and month-end close support.

    • Responsibilities:

    + Process a high volume of invoices, expense reports, and payments.

    + Review and match purchase orders, receipts, and vendor statements.

    + Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month-end accruals.

    + Maintain vendor files and ensure all W-9s and payment information are current.

    + Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies.

    + Support the accounting team with additional administrative or reporting tasks.

    Requirements

    + 2–4 years of accounts payable experience.

    + Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks preferred).

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Solid understanding of general accounting principles.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
