Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our client's team on a contract basis in Miamisburg, Ohio. In this role, you will support essential financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in data entry and financial operations to contribute to a dynamic environment within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

• Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting and resolve discrepancies.

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records.

• Assist with invoice processing and ensure proper documentation is in place.

• Handle billing activities and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.

• Utilize OnBase software to manage workflow and support financial operations.

• Generate reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handling of financial tasks and deadlines.

• Address inquiries related to financial transactions and provide clarification as needed.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting or a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with invoice processing and billing procedures.

• Experience using OnBase software and its workflow features.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and analyze spreadsheets.

• Effective communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
