    Job Title: Kainos Smart Audit Implementation Consultant (Workday Partner Tool)

     

    Start Date: ASAP

    Overview:

    Our client has recently implemented Kainos, a specialized tool designed for managing changes within Workday. They are seeking a Project Manager / Administrator with hands-on experience implementing Kainos Smart Audit to help optimize the tool, train internal teams, and define the scope of review processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead the tuning and configuration of the Kainos Smart Audit tool post-implementation.

    + Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on effective use of Kainos.

    + Collaborate with teams to define what falls within the scope of Kainos reviews and what does not.

    + Act as a subject matter expert, bringing best practices and lessons learned from previous Kainos implementations.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Proven experience implementing and managing Kainos Smart Audit in a Workday environment.

    + Strong understanding of Workday change management processes.

    + Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    + Self-starter with a consultative approach and ability to work independently.
