    Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Supervisor

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 3rd Shift Production Supervisor who is eager to learn and embrace our unique operational methods. The ideal candidate will thrive in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating confidence and capability in enforcing policies, procedures, and work instructions.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee and manage production activities during the 3rd shift.

    + Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards.

    + Ensure adherence to work instructions and safety regulations.

    + Utilize strong mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

    + Maintain and operate equipment, leveraging knowledge in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

    + Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

    Essential Skills

    + Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

    + Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP software.

    + Strong mechanical skills with expertise in electrical, troubleshooting, and hydraulics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with PLC troubleshooting is advantageous.

    + Strong skill set in pneumatics and preventive maintenance.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment includes three shifts, with the 3rd shift running from 11pm to 7am. Employees enjoy a relaxed shop atmosphere, with flexible scheduling options available, provided they overlap critical hours from 5am-1pm for the 1st shift.     This is a Permanent position based out of Mequon, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
