    Job Title: Assembler

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated assembler to join our production line. The role requires following detailed work instructions to assemble products using basic hand tools and conducting visual inspections. Once assembled, products will be passed to the next station or placed on racks for quality checks. The position requires familiarity with computers for reading, documenting, and scanning materials throughout the assembly process.

    Responsibilities

    + Follow detailed assembly instructions and steps.

    + Utilize basic hand tools for assembly tasks.

    + Conduct visual inspections of assembled products.

    + Transfer assembled products to the next station or racks for quality checks.

    + Use a computer to document materials and scan items before and after assembly.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.

    + At least 6 months of experience using common hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills.

    + Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical aptitude, such as experience with car maintenance or home renovations.

    + Experience with soldering and electronics repair.

    + Experience with circuit board assembly.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.50/hr.
