    Job Title: Construction Laborer

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Construction Laborer, where you will be involved in physically demanding tasks such as setting up and pouring concrete, cleaning forms, and assisting with basic carpentry. This role requires individuals who are willing to work hard and fit well into our family-oriented culture. Construction experience is necessary, and candidates should be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or moving throughout the day. The position may require some travel, but you will always be home on weekends.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform general labor tasks related to concrete setup and pouring.

    + Clean and maintain forms and equipment after use.

    + Assist with basic carpentry tasks as needed.

    + Ensure the work area is clean and organized.

    + Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality concrete products.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction.

    + Ability to use hand and power tools.

    + Capability to lift around 50 pounds.

    + Comfortable with standing and moving throughout the day.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in concrete work is ideal.

    + Motivated and fits well into a family-oriented culture.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work at various commercial, agricultural, and industrial sites across Eastern Idaho, with projects extending from Twin Falls to Western Montana. If overnight travel is required, a per diem is provided, and accommodation is arranged. Working hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 am until project completion, typically between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Some projects may require up to 60 hours of work per week. Dress code includes general work clothes such as jeans, a t-shirt, a high-vis shirt or vest, a hard hat, safety shoes, and safety glasses. Employees should have a tool belt with basic tools, while larger tools will be provided.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rigby, Idaho.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
