    Warehouse Associate

    **Location:** Bowie, Maryland

    About the Role

     

    We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Warehouse Associate** to support our operations team. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment, and contributing to a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Accurately record inventory data using manual logs or electronic devices.

    + Identify and document discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records.

    + Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments.

    + Label stock items with appropriate identification tags or stamps.

    + Pack and unpack items for storage or distribution.

    + Process shipping requests and prepare items for dispatch.

    + Distribute materials to designated areas, shelves, or production teams.

    + Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the supervisor.

    + Maintain organized records of contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions.

    + Ensure the stockroom remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

    + Conduct routine inventory checks of materials, supplies, and merchandise.

    Qualifications & Skills

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Minimum of 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations, stocking, or shipping.

    + Proficient in English (spoken and written).

    + Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    + Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.

    + Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 50 pounds regularly.

    + Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.

    Work Schedule

    + **Monday to Friday**

    + **7:30 AM – 3:30 PM**

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
