    Job Title: 1st Shift - Warehouse Associate

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, working Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility depending on the delivery schedule. Enjoy weekends off while contributing to a leading provider of solutions in the insulation and architectural industries.     Responsibilities

    + Pick and prepare orders based on pick sheets and order lifts.

    + Manage and pack rolls of insulation for shipping, ensuring accurate quantities.

    + Perform simple math calculations to determine the number of rolls needed for specific order weights.

    + Utilize tools such as calculators or phones for mathematical operations.

    + Handle material with care, ensuring the safety and quality of products.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in basic addition and subtraction.

    + Experience in warehouse operations, including picking and packing.

    + Comfort with material handling and lifting up to 45 lbs.

    + Familiarity with RF scanners and pick sheets.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

    + Potential to take on team lead responsibilities.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a warehouse environment that is warmer during summer and cooler in winter. Though there is no air conditioning, heaters are available for colder months. The quiet, well-ventilated space features loading docks that provide fresh air during winter. Join a small, friendly team in a supportive setting.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
