Job Title: Production Technician

Job Description

The Production Technician I is responsible for the inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished drug products. This role involves executing tasks manually or operating equipment that performs these functions. Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality are required.

Responsibilities

+ Perform visual inspection of drug products in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs.

+ Execute manual labeling and packaging functions as needed.

+ Set up, maintain, and operate computerized and manual inspection, labeling, and packaging equipment.

+ Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of production areas as per internal SOPs.

+ Maintain the quality of machine output and product integrity.

+ Ensure a clean and organized production environment.

+ Complete and maintain applicable logbook and batch record paperwork following Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).

+ Escalate machine and manual deviations to the area supervisor or designee.

+ Provide peer training on all production-related procedures.

+ Identify, segregate, and report defective products to management, ensuring accountability of the final product.

+ Perform other related duties as determined by management personnel.

+ Production packaging and labeling skills.

+ Basic computer knowledge.

+ Strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

+ Experience working in a 503b Facility is a must.

+ Some college and/or a college degree preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
