    Job Title: Press Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to operate printing machines during our B Shift. This role involves working with press machines and contributing to our paper manufacturing process.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and maintain printing machines efficiently.

    + Ensure quality production output by managing machine settings and troubleshooting issues.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

    + Monitor and adjust press machines to ensure optimal performance.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operation, specifically with printing and press machines.

    + Understanding of paper manufacturing processes.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with punch press and press brake operations.

    + Previous experience in production settings.

    Work Environment

     

    This position requires working B Shift hours from Sunday to Tuesday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Initial training will occur during A Shift hours, Monday to Wednesday, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, for the first 90 days. The facility is climate-controlled, and additional shifts are available through a sign-up sheet. Please note that these additional hours are compensated at 0.4 times the standard rate.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
