Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join our team for a new product line, focusing on assembling fans and fan components for data center servers. While prior assembly experience is a plus, it is not required. Candidates with electrical experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble fans and fan components according to specifications.
+ Comply with all general work rules, policies, and safety guidelines.
+ Identify and resolve routine problems during the assembly process.
+ Operate various equipment, including power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.
+ Work in varied environments, such as on ladders or in confined spaces.
+ Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
Essential Skills
+ Basic mechanical aptitude to operate equipment and understand business processes.
+ Basic math skills.
+ High school diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Willingness to learn all tasks required to perform the job.
+ Willingness to work overtime as needed.
+ Good teamwork skills.
+ Commitment to performing quality work.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a climate-controlled facility with a set schedule. Safety-toed shoes are required. The 1st shift runs from 6:30am to 3:00pm and the 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm. Orientation and training are conducted on the 1st shift, with 2nd shift employees training for the first two weeks on the 1st shift.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
