Prototype Technician – Full-Time | Menomonie, WI

**Bring ideas to life.** We're looking for a hands-on Prototype Technician who thrives on precision, creativity, and problem-solving. In this role, you'll fabricate and refine prototypes and models that support innovation across multiple projects. If you're a skilled Model Maker with a knack for troubleshooting and working independently, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

+ Build and fabricate prototypes and models using advanced techniques

+ Tackle complex jobs with minimal technical guidance

+ Troubleshoot and optimize model-making processes for efficiency and quality

+ Manage multiple projects with a sharp eye for detail

+ Contribute to continuous improvement in fabrication strategies

Preferred Experience:

+ Strong fabrication and manual machining skills

+ Experience in mold design and painting

+ Ability to read and apply shop math

+ Proven problem-solving abilities

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Bonus Qualifications:

+ Experience in assembly and mold design

+ Formal training or experience in prototype/model making

+ First shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
