    Job Title: Warehouse Associate

    Job Description

    We are seeking motivated Full-time and Seasonal Warehouse Associates to join our team through January 2026. In this role, you will support our warehouse operations by picking, packing, stocking, and receiving merchandise. This is a hands-on position where accuracy, teamwork, and efficiency are key to exceeding customer expectations.

    Responsibilities

    + Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise to fulfill customer orders.

    + Label items accurately.

    + Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.

    + Restock inventory and organize warehouse shelves efficiently.

    + Assist with receiving incoming shipments, verifying accuracy, and staging items.

    + Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

    + Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with inventory management.

    + Proficient in shipping and receiving processes.

    + Skilled in material handling.

    + Ability to use an RF scanner.

    + Experience with packaging, packing, and picking.

    + Proficient in using forklifts and pallet jacks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a similar warehouse role is preferred.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a non-climate controlled warehouse. We offer two shifts: A shift from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and B shift from 4 pm to 4 am, Monday through Friday. There may be occasional work on Saturdays. The job involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs. The dress code allows for comfortable clothing, including shorts, and headphones are permitted with an iPod or iPad, but no phones or metal items are allowed.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
