Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join our team on the 1st shift. You will be an integral part of our assembly line, working to produce high-quality products using various tools and fixtures. This role offers the opportunity to rotate within the line and work with a variety of parts and equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble parts according to work instructions to create high-quality products using tools and fixtures.
+ Work with power tools to perform sub-assemblies and handle small parts for hand assembly.
+ Utilize test equipment to ensure products are assembled correctly in line with quality standards.
+ Visually inspect parts and products for defects such as scratches, dents, and pinched wires.
+ Use workstation computer to read schedules, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, and scan parts into inventory software.
+ Work with insulation in some assembly lines, with personal protective equipment provided.
Essential Skills
+ At least 6 months of assembly experience.
+ Proficiency in mechanical assembly and use of hand and power tools.
+ Experience working on an assembly line.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ General labor experience is advantageous.
+ Experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.

Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled, ensuring comfort throughout your shift. Shifts are staggered from Monday to Friday, with start times at 5:15am, 5:30am, and 5:45am to 1:15-1:45pm. Steel-toe shoes are required, as safety is a priority. The facility is large, clean, and offers a welcoming atmosphere for all employees.

This is a position based out of Fitchburg, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
