Sheet Metal Worker – Contract to Hire | Hudson, WI

**Shape the future of industrial fabrication.** We're hiring a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to help build pressure vessels, food-grade tanks, and other large-scale equipment. If you're confident working with stainless steel and aluminum and know your way around a press brake, this is your chance to join a high-performing team in a clean, well-organized shop.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Fabricate components for pressure vessels and food/dairy tanks

+ Operate a 400-ton Pacific press brake with precision

+ Work primarily with stainless steel and aluminum

+ Read and interpret blueprints to guide each project from start to finish

+ Cut materials to spec using a sheer and prep them for forming

+ Ensure quality and accuracy throughout the fabrication process

Preferred Experience:

+ Hands-on experience in metal and sheet metal fabrication

+ Proficiency in press brake setup and operation

+ Skilled in cutting, seam welding, and blueprint interpretation

+ Familiarity with plasma cutting and grinding/finishing techniques

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Bonus Qualifications:

+ Experience operating a sheer

+ Experience in structural or industrial fabrication

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
