Description

We are looking for a skilled Workday/Supply Chain Integration Developer to join our team in New Mexico.

This role is remote with minimal travel as required.

In this role, you will design and implement modern integration solutions for Workday and other third-party tools, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation. As a functional administrator for Workday Supply Chain or Finance modules, you will play a key role in optimizing system performance and supporting enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable integration solutions for Workday and third-party applications to enable efficient data exchange and process automation.

• Serve as the functional administrator for Workday Supply Chain or Finance modules, ensuring optimal system performance.

• Develop and support middleware solutions, including integration strategies for cloud, SaaS, and on-premises systems.

• Perform programming tasks to support Workday applications and timekeeping software such as Dimensions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration strategies with organizational goals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integrations and application performance.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and system updates.

• Conduct regular testing and validation of integrations to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance integration strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• At least five years of experience in configuring and maintaining Workday products, with a focus on Supply Chain or Finance modules.

• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions and middleware.

• Minimum of three years of experience with API design, management, and gateways.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful services, code management, and testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

• Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes with a positive and objective mindset.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, ensuring consistent results.
