    Description

    A forward-thinking organization in Carlsbad is hiring an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to provide essential support to their Human Resources department. This is a great entry-to-mid-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting people operations. In this role, you’ll help maintain HR processes that foster employee satisfaction, compliance, and company success.

    • Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.

    + Prepare new hire documentation and assist with employee onboarding and orientation.

    + Maintain and update HR records, digital files, and HRIS data accuracy.

    + Assist in benefits administration, employee engagement events, and policy communication.

    + Support HR leadership with special projects, audits, and reporting.

    + Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal HR practices.

    Requirements

    + 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience (HR environment preferred).

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems.

    + Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

    + Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong sense of confidentiality.
