What You’ll Do:

+ Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry.

+ Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

+ Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

+ Help prepare monthly reports and financial summaries.

+ Maintain organized and accurate financial records.

+ Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects and process improvements.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

+ 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.

+ Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

+ Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

+ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems.

+ Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
