Description We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Bowling Green, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. You will collaborate with marketing experts to support digital and product marketing strategies, with a focus on safety and motorsport products. This position is ideal for someone passionate about social media trends and the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and attentive manner.

• Develop digital marketing plans to promote new products throughout all stages of the marketing funnel.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities for creative content and share findings with management.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, features, and tools on social media platforms and test new strategies.

• Create visually appealing content using tools like Photoshop and Premiere Pro to align with brand objectives.

• Conduct site visits to capture content and maintain a strong connection with the automotive community.

• Track and report on key performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet business goals. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience.

• Proven expertise with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

• Strong knowledge of automotive products, particularly with European brands like Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche.

• Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts and processes for a broad audience.
