    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee Dispatch Operations: Lead day-to-day scheduling and dispatching activities for service and maintenance teams.

    + Utilize ServiceTitan: Manage schedules, update job statuses, assign technicians, and ensure accurate documentation within the system.

    + Monitor Workflow: Track job progress and technician availability to optimize routes, reduce downtime, and meet response time goals.

    + Customer Coordination: Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve scheduling issues promptly.

    + Team Leadership: Train, coach, and support dispatch staff to ensure consistent service standards and system accuracy.

    + Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and field teams to align dispatching with company priorities and performance targets.

    + Reporting: Generate and analyze dispatch metrics and ServiceTitan reports to identify trends and process improvements.

    + Quality Assurance: Ensure all work orders are entered accurately, with correct job types, customer information, and technician notes.

    Requirements

    Required: Minimum 2+ years of dispatching experience, with at least 1 year using ServiceTitan in a lead or advanced role.

     

    Strong understanding of dispatching principles in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar service industry.

     

    Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

     

    Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
