    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets. You will monitor the quality and stack orders based on daily requirements. This role requires comfort with repetitive lifting of up to 25 lbs, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory counting. You will be standing for more than 10 hours a day.

    Responsibilities

    + Pull, pack, and load products onto pallets.

    + Monitor product quality and stack orders according to daily requirements.

    + Perform inventory counting with high attention to detail.

    + Comfortably lift up to 25 lbs repetitively.

    + Stand for more than 10 hours a day.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor roles.

    + Familiarity with picking, packing, and palletizing.

    + Ability to use RF scanners and perform packaging tasks.

    + Experience in inventory management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience as a picker/packer in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment includes two shifts: 1st shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, requiring occasional 10-hour days from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, and 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12 AM, requiring occasional 10-hour days from 3:30 PM to 2 AM. The facility is non-climate controlled but not very hot. Employees must follow GMP guidelines, including wearing hairnets and/or beard coverings if necessary, and adhering to restrictions on jewelry, false eyelashes, false nails, body glitter, exposed nail polish, perfumes, and after-shave.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
