Job Title: Quality Tester
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, to join our team as a Quality/Lab Technician. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to enter the quality assurance field, as no prior experience in quality or lab work is necessary.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct quality checks on outgoing finished products using laboratory testing equipment.
+ Evaluate acid concentrations.
+ Maintain and file appropriate quality production paperwork.
+ Perform hydrogen tests.
+ Cut or shear orders for testing.
+ Conduct bend testing.
+ Deburr samples.
+ Perform tensile testing.
+ Complete and file necessary paperwork.
Essential Skills
+ Proficient in utilizing a computer and Microsoft Office applications.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Basic math and equations.
+ Problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with chemical processes and titration.
+ Experience in quality assurance and control.
+ Administrative support and data entry skills.

The lab provides an air-conditioned environment, though there may be occasions when you need to walk into the production area, which can be hot.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WASHINGTON, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.96 - $19.46/hr.
