Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Production Associate to join our team. This role involves operating production machinery including CNC machines —monitoring output and ensuring quality standards are met. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor production machinery, including CNC machinery.

+ Load materials and set up machines for daily operations.

+ Perform basic inspections using measuring tools to ensure product quality.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Assist with minor machine adjustments and basic maintenance.

+ Communicate any issues or delays to the supervisor promptly.

Preferred Skills

+ Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

+ Familiarity with machine operation.

+ Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints.

+ Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

+ Willingness to learn and grow into more technical roles over time.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
