Job Title: Production Associate Trainee

Job Description

As a Production Associate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to be trained across multiple departments and processes within our facility. You will gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing techniques and play a vital role in producing high-quality aerospace components.

+ Roto Filing

+ Knock Out Operations

+ Foundry Support

Essential Skills

+ Hand tool operation

+ General labor and production skills

+ Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

+ Willingness to learn new skills hands-on

+ Strong attention to detail and safety

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Machine operation

+ Construction experience

+ Inspection skills

+ Power tool usage

+ Assembly and packing

+ Load and troubleshooting

+ Forklift operation

+ Shipping & receiving

+ Landscaping

+ Packaging

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Team-oriented attitude

+ Ability to lift up to 75lbs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
