Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Invoice Processing

+ Generate and process invoices accurately and on time.

+ Review billing data for completeness and accuracy before submission.

+ Ensure proper application of pricing, discounts, and taxes.

Reconciliation & Reporting

+ Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and identifying errors.

+ Maintain and update billing records in the system.

+ Support the preparation of billing reports and statements.

Customer & Internal Support

+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing issues.

+ Work closely with internal departments, such as finance and sales, to resolve billing discrepancies.

+ Provide documentation and support for audits as needed.

Process & Compliance

+ Ensure compliance with company billing policies and financial regulations.

+ Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.

+ Follow standard operating procedures for billing activities.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field.

+ Basic knowledge of ERP systems, billing software, and MS Excel.

+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service orientation.

+ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

+ Experience with high-volume billing processes.
