+ Shift: Evenings (11:00AM-7:00PM)

+ This is a hourly rate position/ production bonus that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: $22 hourly with a production rate between $5-$7

Team Lead Detailer Responsibilities:

As an Lead Detailer you will be responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles according to company standards and applicable safety measures.

+ Produce billable labor on the vehicles brought into the Service Department for detail.

+ Dispatch work to all the group members in a fair and equitable manner.

+ Maintain a high standard of quality workmanship for the labor performed by every group member.

+ Detailer Staff Recruiting, Training and Development.

+ The Group Leader is responsible for production and quality control.

+ Ensure their detailers are properly trained and have the breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs.

+ Customer Engagement.

+ Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner.

+ Ensure that all manufacturer and dealership policies and procedures are followed.

+ Responsible for cleaning of the exterior and interior of the vehicle.

+ Clean engine and engine compartments.

+ Responsible for preparation and applications of vehicle protection packages.

+ Restoring appearance of vehicles to new or like-new condition to the best of your ability.

+ Receive customer vehicles as directed.

+ Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees or customers.

+ Receive, communicate and hold staff accountable to policy and procedure requirements and updates. ​

Qualifications:

+ Prior detailing experience preferred. (Lead)

+ A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

+ Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

+ Strong organizational skills and communication skills

+ Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
