    What You’ll Own

     

    This isn’t a desk job — it’s a mission-critical role where speed, accuracy, and communication drive success.

     

    + Inspect and estimate all used vehicle trade-ins and auction purchases.

    + Manage reconditioning timelines to get vehicles lot-ready fast.

    + Break down labor and parts pricing with precision.

    + Coordinate vehicle descriptions and photos with marketing.

    + Report service results from internal departments and vendors.

    + Collaborate with management to set goals and crush them.

     

    What You Bring

     

    We’re looking for someone who’s organized, relentless, and ready to lead.

     

    + Automotive dealership service experience or certifications? Big plus.

    + Time management mastery — you run the clock, not the other way around.

    + Strong computer and typing skills.

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
