    Lincoln Tech is seeking an Education Director. We are in the business of changing students' lives. You would further develop and enhance our training courses and provide vision, strategic direction, and leadership to our faculty members and students. In line with the organization's objective of achieving the optimum level of student success, you would recruit, develop, and manage a team to expand existing, and develop new, curricula and programs. As the school's educational leader, you would set the standard of quality, ethics, and integrity for the school.

     

    Responsibilities of an Education Director

     

    + Encourages enthusiasm, instills commitment for the Vision and Core Values of Lincoln Tech, and promotes organizational culture

    + Emphasizes strategies that maximize the use of available resources, to consistently strive for quality results, thereby achieving standards of excellence

    + Makes effective decisions, and supports implementation and evaluation of programs and policies

    + Assists in budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements

    + Contributes to curriculum development and implementation

    + Encourages and supports faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations

    + Maintains appropriate records in compliance with state, accrediting body, and Company policy

     

    Requirements of an Education Director

     

    + Bachelor's degree is required

    + 5+ years of managerial experience

    + Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    + Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management
