In this role, you will work closely with engineering, architecture, design, and business teams to coordinate development efforts, manage requirements, prioritize work, and ensure on-time, high-quality product releases.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital engineering and contribute to the success of our organization.
+ Own the day-to-day product delivery process across multiple agile teams.

+ Gather and document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
+ Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clear, actionable work for engineering teams.
+ Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to validate technical feasibility and align with architectural standards.
+ Facilitate Product backlog grooming and support technical grooming to drive continuous delivery.
+ Track and monitor product milestones.
+ Support integration efforts with third-party platforms (e.g., Scheduling Systems (UKG), HR platforms, Reservation Systems, Order Management Systems, Event notification applications, CRM systems, pricing engines, POS systems).
+ Coordinate across teams to identify dependencies and resolve blockers quickly.
+ Ensure that features meet quality, security, and compliance standards before release.
+ Work closely with QA teams to define test plans and support user acceptance testing.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with extensive software development experience.
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital mobile products in agile environments.
Additional knowledge and skills:
• Experience delivering and managing large-scale enterprise mobile apps
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to advocate for customer-centric design decisions.
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and using experimentation to inform product improvements.
• Proven ability to prioritize features and enhancements based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Strong collaboration skills — able to partner closely with engineering, design, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• A data-driven mindset, using analytics, user feedback, and KPIs to guide product decisions and measure success.
• Ability to drive a product mindset across teams — focusing on delivering outcomes, not just outputs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices and tools like JIRA, Figma & Confluence
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort operating in technical environments involving APIs, microservices, CMS platforms (like Strapi, AEM), and cloud services (Azure preferred).
• Experience working within aviation, Hospitality, transportation, or related industries.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations in digital products.
• Product certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) or Agile delivery certifications.
