DART Program – Operations
At Lithia & Driveway, we are looking to build high performing team members who will help us to achieve our goal to provid e transportation solutions wherever, whenever, and however c ustomers desire . We are looking for fact - based , customer- focused , and proactive early career professionals who will help our stores to reach their potential so they can be the best they can be for our customers. DART Operations is designed to give on the job exposure to various areas of the store, while providing supplemental training necessary to accelerate career growth.
Responsibilities
+ Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and management.
+ Guide customers through vehicle purchase and/or service processes
+ Generate actionable insights based on data and metrics in store performance scorecards.
+ Understand high-level business objectives and continually align work with those objectives to meet the needs of the business.
+ Develop and maintain strong understanding of the Store Performance Scorecard, customer service scores, approvability, product specs, current pricing, manufacturer promotions, and framework agreements.
+ Develop and prospect new business continuously.
+ Maintain relationships with current customers ensuring their needs are met.
+ Serves as the communicator between customer and necessary departments; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood.
Skills and Qualifications
+ Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Sense of urgency
+ Excellent communication
+ Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
+ Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize workload, and manage time.
+ Proficient skills in the MS Office Product Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
