Job Description
Provide comprehensive support to the legal team by serving as a mentor and resource to junior staff. Responsible for managing multiple high level tasks such as preparation for legal documents, subpoena response and litigation papers with little to no supervision.
Job Responsibility
1.Workflow Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and triage for department-specific workflows, including on-call matters, subpoenas, real estate and corporate matters, antitrust matters, and contract management.
2.Document Preparation & Management:
a. Draft and prepare a wide range of complex legal documents, including contracts, real estate leases, subpoena responses, objection letters, managed care contracts, guardianship and litigation papers, and Board of Trustee materials with minimal supervision.
b. Manage and track the service of process and other procedural documents.
c. Maintain meticulous physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
3.Administrative Support:
a. Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
b. Prepare materials for Board of Trustee meetings.
4.Communication & Collaboration:
a. Effectively communicate priorities and urgent issues within the Legal Affairs department.
b. Serve as a liaison with internal clients, external stakeholders, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
5.Mentorship & Training:
a. Provide guidance, support, and training to junior legal assistants.
b. Assist in developing and implementing departmental procedures and best practices.
Job Qualification
*Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
*3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $55,070-$85,720/year
