SMX is seeking an Exercise & Event Coordinator to support USINDOPACOM J6 portfolio of programs. **This position is onsite Camp Smith Aiea, Hawaii.**

This position requires a DoD Interim Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Seeking a highly qualified exercise and event coordinator that can join a small team that is composed of one individual that is focused on Products, Facilitation, and Minutes and the second person focused on Logistics, Protocol, and Support Requests with opportunity to cross train.

+ Project Management – individual needs to be highly organized with great communication skills

+ Must be willing to travel up to 11 weeks out of the year

+ Experience with administrative processes would be helpful (example: How to coordinate drivers for foreign officers)

+ Should have experience working with foreign country representatives (understand proper etiquette)

+ Microsoft Teams / Virtual Meeting facilitation skills

Required Skills & Experience

+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products. This job can’t be done without those skills

+ Highly organized as both focus areas require tracking multiple processes, maintaining a large amount of data, and creating and maintaining multiple products for multiple countries simultaneously

+ Must be willing to ask questions, find solutions, and communicate with various organizations and offices to get the job done.

+ Excellent writing skills.

+ Interim Secret with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Customer focused

+ Capacity to learn new systems rapidly and adapt quickly to change

Required Skills/ Experience

+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products. This job can’t be done without those skills

The proposed salary for this position is:

$80,000—$133,200 USD
