Job Description
We are looking for a **Special Project Coordinator** to perform vehicle owner lookup tasks, ensure accurate customer information updates, and collaborate with various teams to maintain compliance with performance measures. This position is a **full-time contract** and **onsite.**
What You’ll Do
+ Exercise independent judgment while adhering to pre-defined guidelines
+ Address, respond to, and resolve registered owner of vehicle (ROV) lookup issues using the Unicenter Service Desk application
+ Perform ROV queries through the TLO skip tracing application
+ Use TLO to evaluate license plate history and determine necessary Vector updates to customer information
+ Review and audit daily reports from CCSS to resolve incomplete customer demographics
+ Collaborate with various departments, including Quality Assurance, Correspondence, Call Center staff, and SunPass Operations Management
+ Assist interoperability partners with account creation and registrant lookups
+ Create and update reports as requested by Supervisor/Management
+ Enter and update Vector with complete and accurate notes and vehicle information based on pre-established guidelines
+ Ensure compliance with established performance measures while performing job functions
+ Complete other duties or special projects as assigned
What You'll Need
Required:
+ 3+ months of experience as an Image Verifier, Customer Care Specialist, or Correspondence Analyst
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow pre-defined guidelines
+ Ability to perform skip tracing and evaluate customer information using TLO
+ Experience in reviewing and auditing reports for accuracy and completeness
+ Excellent collaboration skills to coordinate with multiple departments and personnel
+ Ability to create, update, and manage reports accurately
+ Effective communication skills and ability to update systems with detailed and accurate information
+ Ability to handle tasks independently and meet established performance measures
Physical Demands
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
