    GoodSam is seeking an experienced enterprise Senior Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of strategic product initiatives with a focus on deep discovery, vendor management, and cross-functional project management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions that align with business objectives and drive enterprise value.

    Key Responsibilities

    Product Strategy and Discovery

    + Conduct in-depth product discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation. Drive the creation and co-author functional requirements alongside operations.

    + Translate business requirements into detailed product roadmaps and technical specifications.

    + Lead competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions and strategies.

    Vendor Management

    + Evaluate, select, and negotiate with third-party vendors and service providers.

    + Manage ongoing vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.

    + Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and hold vendors accountable for meeting SLAs and project timelines.

    Project Management and Execution

    + Drive end-to-end project management for product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

    + Coordinate cross-functional teams, including the business, engineering, design, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution.

    + Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

    Collaboration and Leadership

    + Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers and internal teams for product-related initiatives.

    + Facilitate stakeholder alignment and prioritize requirements to deliver maximum business impact.

    + Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

    Qualifications

    + Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise-focused roles.

    + Technical Skills: Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams; experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise-grade software.

    + Discovery Expertise: Proven ability to conduct comprehensive product discovery and translate insights into actionable strategies.

    + Vendor Management: Demonstrated success in evaluating, onboarding, and managing vendors.

    + Project Management: Expertise in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects using Agile methodologies.

    + Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for aligning diverse stakeholders.

    + Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required, or eight years of equivalent work experience

    This position can be remote with required travel to our Lincolnshire offices as necessary.

    General Compensation Disclosure

    The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

    Pay Range:

    $124,900.00-$182,100.00 Annual
