    What You’ll Do

     

    + Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings

    + Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach

    + Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess fit

    + Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system

    + Manage communication with candidates throughout the process — from application to offer

    + Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

    + Track and report on recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline activity

    + Help plan and support recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent initiatives

    + Collaborate with the HR team on improving hiring processes and candidate experience

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Strong communication and people skills — you’re comfortable talking to anyone

    + Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles at once

    + Self-motivated and proactive — you take ownership and follow through

    + Experience with or interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus

    + A positive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping people succeed
