    The NSI Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of the company’s financial results.

    _Responsibilities:_

    + Processing of manual entries into General Ledger

    + Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and close processes

    + Assist with ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures

    + Variance analysis; actual versus budget and outlook

    + Account reconciliation

    + Ad hoc reporting as requested

    + Researching accounting system related issues/processes

    + Assist with internal/external audits

    + Providing support within Finance and as a business partner to other departments

    + Preparing accounting related information for payroll processing (as a backup)

    + Assisting/providing backup as needed on AP/AR/Payroll functions

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

    + Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience

    + Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

    + Proficiency in automated accounting systems, report writers, and Microsoft Office Suite

    Compensation Information:

    Compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 - $90,000, based on education and experience.
