Join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing customer interaction and consumption of video content worldwide. The Customer Relationship Marketing Technology (CRMT) organization is on a mission to transform Prime Video into the entertainment destination for global customers by delivering comprehensive customer lifecycle management programs. We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our automated outbound marketing platform. This pivotal role involves developing systems and strategies, partnering with engineers, product managers, marketers, and senior management to create, track, and launch world-class solutions.
Responsibilities
+ Drive software development and release through cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product, and tech teams.
+ Lead and influence stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and identify necessary resources.
+ Develop schedules to ensure timely project completion by tracking project milestones.
+ Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical constraints.
+ Encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefits.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
+ 3-5+ years of experience working directly with software engineering teams.
+ Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
+ Experience building and evaluating system-level technical designs.
+ Experience developing and executing product and technical roadmaps.
+ Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience creating a work back schedule and identifying milestones and delivery timelines.
+ Experience in writing project status updates for leaders and stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to communicate project statuses effectively.
+ Industry experience from larger companies may be beneficial.
Work Environment
This role is based onsite in Seattle, WA with core working hours from Monday to Friday. The role may require early starts at 7am for projects involving teams in London. The team culture encourages a focused and hands-on approach. Expect to hit the ground running within two weeks, working closely with stakeholders, leadership, tech teams, and product teams. This is a temporary role backfilling for paternity leave, with no extension or conversion opportunities.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.00/hr.
