    Position Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist - Hybrid

     

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in AR processes and play a key role in managing and optimizing the collection of outstanding receivables. This position offers a clear path for career advancement into corporate finance or broader accounting roles within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee the monthly accounts receivable portfolio and contribute to financial reporting efforts.

    + Assess customer payment patterns to evaluate credit risk and financial health.

    + Perform detailed reviews of outstanding receivables and initiate timely collection actions.

    + Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, allowances, and payment variances.

    + Ensure accurate recordkeeping, including customer communications and account reconciliations.

    + Partner with internal teams—sales, finance, and customer service—to identify and address root causes of AR challenges.

    + Engage directly with clients via phone and email to manage receivables, conduct credit assessments, and handle B2B collection

    Required Skills & Experience

    + At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable.

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B collections.

    + Proficient in using mid-to-large ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.

    + Strong Excel capabilities, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

    Education

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Associate’s degree preferred.

    This position is located at the company’s corporate headquarters and offers a collaborative, growth-focused team environment. Upon successful completion of training and consistent performance, employees may be eligible to work remotely one day per week.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
