Job Description
As a key stakeholder in the development of innovative products, you will ensure that product development phases throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) process are well defined and organized. You will take ownership of tasks such as creating and structuring Bill of Materials (BOM), writing and tracking Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in Agile, managing BOM changes, and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
+ Create and structure Bill of Materials (BOM).
+ Write and track Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in Agile.
+ Manage BOM changes and communicate new part numbers to internal teams and Contract Manufacturers.
+ Collaborate with product development teams and third-party suppliers on BOM/material management.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools: Agile and Windchill.
+ Hardware configuration management experience.
+ Knowledge of system/device build planning and execution.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines efficiently.
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
+ Exposure to Consumer Electronics for 2-4 years is advantageous.
+ Experience working with overseas contractors is beneficial.
+ Must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed in an open, collaborative environment.
+ Advanced Excel proficiency with 2-4 years of experience.
Work Environment
The role requires working on-site with a Monday to Friday schedule, adhering to core hours for a total of 40 hours per week.

This is a Contract position based out of Sunnyvale, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
