Job Title: Corporate Event ManagerJob Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Event Manager to temporarily augment and support our team in managing large-scale corporate events. This role is pivotal in leading high-visibility events that significantly impact customer communities and our internal culture.
Responsibilities
+ Plan and execute large-scale corporate events with a focus on strategic planning and creative execution.
+ Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless event management from start to finish.
+ Draft professional communications and create promotional materials to engage attendees.
+ Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams for tracking and documentation.
+ Manage relationships with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service throughout the event planning process.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale corporate event management.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for at least 5 years.
+ Strong communication skills with at least 5 years of experience in content creation and drafting attendee communications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Hands-on experience is paramount; no specific degree or certification is required.
+ Nice-to-have qualifications include degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a Project Management certification.
Work Environment
The position is hybrid, requiring flexibility to work both remotely and onsite, particularly during event lead-up and execution. The role is based in Redmond, and candidates must be local and able to work onsite as needed. Expect a dynamic work environment with opportunities for overtime during events, embracing a 'can-do' attitude where no task is too big or small.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.
