    Job Title: Human Resources Administrative AssistantJob Description

     

    This role provides a wide range of specialized professional support to the P&O Department, with a specific focus on P&O transactions related to data maintenance of HRIS, data reporting, onboarding, payroll, processes, and systems. The position involves reviewing routine documentation to ensure data integrity and quality of production. Additionally, the role supports P&O with assistance in the areas of hiring, performance, benefits, compensation, and service coordination. Other duties include invoice processing, recruitment support, learning and development support, and participating in special projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain data integrity and quality of production for HRIS and related systems.

    + Provide support in hiring, performance management, benefits administration, compensation, and service coordination.

    + Process invoices and provide recruitment support.

    + Assist with learning and development initiatives.

    + Participate in special projects as required.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor of Science preferably in Business or Human Resource, or 5 years of related experience.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with moderate skills in Excel.

    + Experience with HR software.

    + Experience with union-related processes.

    + Experience in a similar industry.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in onboarding, administrative support, payroll, HR administration, and HR support.

    + Knowledge of employee relations, HR systems, and administration.

    + Familiarity with ATS and recruitment processes.

    Work Environment

    The position is 100% on-site from Monday through Friday, offering flexible start and end times. The role is contract-to-hire for 6 months, with the potential for a pay increase once converted to permanent.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
