    Role Overview

    Seeking a Business Analyst to help oversee and manage capital spending for IT infrastructure projects. This role calls for someone with hands-on experience in infrastructure operations, strong analytical skills, and confidence using Microsoft tools like Excel and PowerPoint.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee the full lifecycle of spending.

    + Participate in regular vendor meetings.

    + Monitor and verify invoices and equipment deliveries.

    + Identify and implement process improvements and performance metrics.

    + Coordinate intercompany billing and spending risk assessments.

    + Support purchase order processes.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

    + At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, asset management, or project coordination.

    + SAP, Power BI experience.

    Preferred Experience

    + 3–5 years in IT within a large or mid-sized organization.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

    + Comfortable making recommendations.

    + Experience managing vendor relationships.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
