Title: Conference Room (AV) Technicians

Duration: 1+ year contract (potential for conversion based on workload and real estate strategy)

Position Overview:

We’re seeking Conference Room AV Technicians to support and maintain over 300 conference rooms across the U.S., with a primary focus on locations in Madison, WI. These technicians will handle real-time troubleshooting of Zoom and Microsoft Teams connectivity issues, often working directly with end users ranging from executives to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide on-site support for conference room technology issues

+ Respond to tickets via ServiceNow and resolve issues in person

+ Troubleshoot and resolve AV connectivity problems (Zoom, Teams)

+ Perform room sweeps and proactive maintenance

+ Support large meetings and events as needed

+ Maintain cable management and ensure rooms are left in excellent condition

+ Update firmware/software as directed

+ Collaborate with remote techs to address alerts and outages

+ Use tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom Admin, and Pro Portal for monitoring

Requirements:

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zoom

+ Experience with AV equipment installation and troubleshooting

+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use ladders safely

+ Comfortable working on feet for extended periods and moving between buildings

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

+ Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset

+ Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus, but not required

+ 100% on-site role, core hours 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST (flexibility to cover until 5:00 PM as needed)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
