Job DescriptionOutbound Responsibilities
+ Make outbound calls to engaged members who created an online account but have not yet used their benefits.
+ Encourage members to take advantage of their free fitness benefit after confirming eligibility. Most members are already familiar with the program.
+ Promote fitness opportunities, including:
+ Access to 22,000+ gyms nationwide
+ Live online fitness classes
+ Specialized programs such as yoga and boot camps.
+ Performance metrics include call volume (dials), Average Handle Time (AHT), and schedule adherence. Calls are not script-based, allowing for natural conversations.
Inbound Responsibilities
+ Handle inbound inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
+ Common questions include:
+ “What is the benefit and do I have it?”
+ “How do I use my benefit?”
+ “How do I take a class?”
+ Assistance with finding a location.
+ Rarely involves upset callers; focus is on helping members use their free benefit.
+ Measured on attendance, schedule adherence, QA scores, AHT, and call documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to connect via hardwired internet (50-foot cable provided) with speeds of 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload.
+ Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach.
+ Clear and concise communication, adaptable to different audiences.
+ Proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
+ Empathy and understanding of customer needs.
+ Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
