Position: Infusion Coordinator

Pay: $21-23/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Description

An Infusion Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the scheduling, administration process, and documentation of infusion therapies for patients in a clinical or healthcare setting.

They will act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and the medical team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of infusions. The Infusion Coordinator ensures that all necessary preparations, resources, and documentation are in place for each infusion session.

Must Have Skills:

+ Medical Scheduling

+ Medical Assistant Diploma

+ Checking vitals

+ Injections

+ Referrals and authorizations

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 3-5 years’ experience in a medical office setting

+ Medical Assistant Certification/diploma

+ Medical office coordination or patient care coordination

+ High School graduate or equivalent

+ Ability to read/write in English, and follow written instructions

+ General computer knowledge around navigation and Microsoft tools required (Office, Word, Excel)

Experience Level

3-5 years of medical office experience and bilingual in Spanish and English

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
