Role Summary

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative systems that have a lasting impact. The role involves operating and monitoring digital computer systems to process various types of data, ensuring proper equipment usage, and responding to system messages and errors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of supporting multiple operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

+ Document Management: Scanning, editing, converting formats, quality control, and post-processing of various document types including wide-format drawings and aperture cards.

+ Mail Services: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, postage metering, delivery coordination, and expense tracking.

+ Engineering Support: Assisting with document retrieval, updates, printing, laminating, plotting, archiving, and audits.

+ Records Retention: Managing records requests, indexing, deliveries, returns, and system updates.

+ Customer Support: Providing accurate and timely support in accordance with established procedures and under supervisory guidance.

Basic Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent, with some post-secondary education or relevant experience.

+ Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in document management, mail services, engineering support, and records retention.

+ Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

+ Strong communication skills and computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Prior military experience with a clean record (preferred but not required).

+ More than 1 year of experience in the listed operational areas.

+ Demonstrated ability to work with multiple systems and follow structured processes.

+ Eligibility for DoD Secret Clearance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
