Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth execution of installation projects by managing crew schedules, coordinating with clients, and maintaining accurate internal records. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is committed to delivering exceptional support to both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage and maintain the installation calendar to ensure optimal crew scheduling.
+ Coordinate with clients to confirm installation dates and logistics.
+ Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align scheduling with project timelines.
+ Update internal systems with scheduling changes and project milestones.
+ Monitor progress and follow up on administrative tasks to ensure timely completion.
+ Adapt to shifting priorities and provide proactive solutions to scheduling challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
+ Proficiency in at least one scheduling software and project management tool.
+ Experience in construction, installation, or project coordination environments is a plus.
+ Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems preferred.
+ Prior experience working with field crews or subcontractors.
Details:
+ Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered for enrollment.
+ Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm (35 hours per week)
+ Onsite position, Monday – Friday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
